Section 2 (21 USCA § 62) declares filled milk, cream defined, to be an adulterated article of food, injurious to the public health, and its sale constitutes a fraud upon the public; that it shall be unlawful for any person to manufacture it within any territory or possession or the District of Columbia, or to ship the product or deliver it for shipment in interstate or foreign commerce.

SECTION Definitions. For the purpose and within the meaning of this chapter the definitions contained in this section shall obtain: (1) "Frozen desserts" means ice cream, frozen custard, ice milk, milk sherbet, dietary frozen dessert, ice or ice sherbet, low fat frozen dessert, low fat frozen dairy dessert, mellorine, frozen yogurt and low fat frozen yogurt as defined herein.
